Musings in the key of Outdoors
I have an amazing job. I get to spend most of my time outside in the great outdoors, regardless of the weather, with some phenomenal people, whose capacity to surprise, astound and dumbfound is boundless.
These people are mostly children, although their teachers and support workers have the same capacity.
Every session has me going in with a raft of anticipated outcomes all of which they invariably meet and then throw in a host of others just for old time's sake.
This blog is an attempt to document my observations, my thoughts and some of the things that meander through my mind as I process what I've witnessed, the discussions I've had and heard and how these impact what I do and how I do it and what my learning might mean ... if anything.
Agree. Disagree. Comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
